Abby joined the PT professionals team in March 2024. She received her Bachelor’s degree from Duquesne University graduating Summa Cum Laude with a double major in Biology and Health Sciences. She then went on to attain her Doctorate of Physical therapy (DPT) and graduated with high honors in 2022. Abby gained clinical experience in acute care, pediatrics, outpatient orthopedics and hospital settings; however, found her true passion in outpatient orthopedics.

Abby was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and takes pride in being a Pittsburgh sports fan. Abby grew up as a dancer which played a significant role in shaping her path towards becoming a physical therapist. As a dancer, she experienced firsthand the importance of movement, flexibility, and injury prevention. This led her to develop a deep interest in understanding the mechanics of the body and how to optimize function. This passion for movement and biomechanics guided her towards a career where she can help others recover from injuries and enhance their own physical abilities.

Abby is always looking to further her clinical knowledge to best serve her patients by taking continuing education courses and staying up to date on the newest clinical research. In her free time she enjoys traveling, hiking, spending time with friends and family, playing with her dog Dusty and leading an active lifestyle.
