PT Professionals were key in my rehabilitation after 3 surgeries and one broken bone. Without their expertise, I would not be where I am today. I am enjoying life again. I am able to walk and resumed all my activities of daily living.

I have had numerous therapists and over 80 hours of physical therapy after having 6 knee operations, including 2 complete and 1 partial knee replacement. I can say , without a doubt, that PT Professionals were the best of the best. I was fortunate to have dealt with all 5 of the therapists and was amazed that each one worked me with similar tasks but adjusted to my physical condition on that day. This group as a whole lets you know what and why certain things are hurting and treat you as an individual not a number. When you finish your rehab your glad its over, but know you’ll miss the new friends that were there to help.

When I was looking for a PT I based my choice on reviews. I am glad I found PT Professionals. They are simply that, kind Professional, knowledgeable and they listen! I finished feeling better than when I first started going and I know how far I can able to push myself.

I had 3 months of PT from another provider and it was really no help. I’ve been going here for about 2 months and have seen much improvement. After 6 months of severe back, hip and leg pain, X-Rays, MRI’s and visits with various Doctors, I was diagnosed with multiple back issues. Surgery was too risky and was not advised. I couldn’t sit, stand or walk for more than 10 minutes. I had to sleep on my back, which for me was nearly impossible. I was a miserable mess. It was suggested that Pain Management and Physical Therapy might help. In May I was referred to PT Professionals on Spyglass Hill Rd. In Viera.
My first consultation was with Dr. Daryl Jacobs, the owner of PT Professionals. He reviewed all my tests and evaluated my needs. Daryl started working with me on May 2nd, twice a week and emailed a home exercise program to me. After about a month, Dr. Nancy Figulski took over and continued my therapy. Nancy’s hands on approach, understanding, caring and compassion was a godsend. I had my ups and downs and a couple of set backs. Nancy knew exactly what to do to get me back on track. We even had a few laughs along the way.
It is Aug 25, I am now 90% pain free and will be forever grateful to Nancy, Daryl, and both Ashleigh and Josh who were always there to lend a hand when needed.
I also want to thank both Ann and Christine at reception for setting up all my appointments that worked with my busy schedule.

When I first went to PT Professionals I was not very confident that physical therapy would benefit the issues I was having with my 70 year old knees. Therapist Andy , at the intake interview, said he was confident it would help. I had 15 visits authorized and figured this would be just another step in trying to identify what the problem was. I was quite surprised that the regiment of exercises including stretching, resistive weights, and different walking routines brought a level of relief I haven’t felt in years. I could walk without limping and get into my car without having to use my hands to lift my leg in. I have been inspired to visit my local gym to avoid slipping back into a sedentary lifestyle. The therapists are very cordial and explain in easy to understand language the benefits of the routines and answer any questions you may have about your progression. If you are looking for a physical therapy service, I highly recommend PT Professionals.

I have trendelenberg gait and both my GP and Neurologist gave me no hope of recovery. I was referred to a physical therapy firm and saw no improvement so I was without hope that I would ever walk straight again. After 3 years, I asked my GP to refer me to PT Professionals after a successful visit from my grandson for his broken wrist physical therapy. What a difference from the first physical therapy firm! PT professionals are just that, professional in every sense, from the first phone call to the first intake, to scheduling appts and of course the therapy itself. Justin J. took a holistic approach and gave me such hope that I could use the proper muscles again. I have recently completed the six week therapy and Justin has given me the tools, exercises and knowledge to continue my strength building and stretching. I can plainly see that in just 6 weeks I am stronger and able to take some walking steps in alignment. Justin did not offer a cure in 6 weeks, but he showed me completely how in perhaps a year of continuing the therapy on my own, from the knowledge he gave me, I will see great improvements in my walking. PT Professionals have been a godsend in giving me hope that I was not just downsliding in my health, but that I can improve, no matter what the GP or the neurologist says. I am 75 years old, used to do marathons and taught aerobics and just would not accept that I had to walk crumpled up for the rest of my life. My goal is to be able to walk my neighborhood again, with no pain, in good form, and Justin has assured me that he is there still to help with whatever he can do. Can’t get better than that!

I can’t say enough about the staff, and the treatment that I received from PT professionals. Ashley Vega was a very caring and professional in my therapy..! Upon arrival, I had limited mobility with my left shoulder, and only after a few weeks of working with Ashley, I regained almost full mobility. I cannot put into words how thankful I am.. I would recommend this group to anyone is having needs for physical therapy. You will not be disappointed. I am forever grateful.!

I want to thank Krissaley, Sky, and Justin for their care and excellent guidance with the exercise program to rehab my left knee. When I started PT I had difficulty walking a short distance with much pain due to my knee injury. As I progressed through the program the doctors encouraged me and added or adjusted the exercises to continually strengthen my knee and reduce pain. The doctors set up a program of home and gym workouts which resulted in steady improvement. Although my knee has a mensicus tear, I am pain free when walking. I’m also able to jog 1.3 miles without pain and am working to gradually increase the distance. Thank you for helping with my recovery.

For the four months I was at PT Professionals in Palm Bay, FL. I worked with every Therapist and found all of them very caring, professional, great at their job, very well trained and through.

Having my last session just yesterday I walked out of PT Professionals front door thinking I would change there name, I would change it to “Physical Therapy Experts” because they are more then just pros. I went in for knee replacement therapy and was assigned to Justin aka JJ as my therapist. From the start it was evident that he was at the top of his field. During his initial evaluation he developed a personalized plan to not only strengthen and increase range of movement for my knee but also focused on other areas I was having issues with. My ankle had bothered me for years and I had seen a doctor for this issue but she said there was nothing she could do, which was very disappointing. JJ quickly surmised that my ankle problem was caused by the misalignment of my hip. So he put his plan into action and in just a few sessions I noticed that the pain in my ankle had disappeared! Justin had went above and beyond to ensure that not only my knee was functional but that everything attached to it was working as it should as well. I was authorized 15 sessions and that gave me time to observe the other therapist with all the other patients and I could see that they were all just as committed to the optimum positive outcome of all the patients being treated there as JJ was. It was a relaxing atmosphere with friendly banter, good conversation and good music that made the time go by quickly. I’m grateful for the extra efforts of JJ and will rest assured that I will be in good hands next year when I get my other knee operated on and return to the “Physical Therapy Experts” employed by PT Professionals at the Palm Bay location. Thanks for everything guys!

I’ve been suffering from sciatica, leg and back pain after moving 3 times in a short period of time while waiting for our home to be built. Dr. Krissaley Blair and Dr. Andrew Griffith, in the Palm Bay Clinic, took great care of me, we’re very personable, and made PT fun! They taught me back stretches and strengthening routines and sent me links to continue them at home. This has made a big difference in my day-to-day pain levels. I really appreciate their expertise. All the therapists are Doctoral level, not PTA! I rate this PT group 10/10!

I have been to PT Professional for a 2nd time. This time was for back pain. The majority of my treatment plan this time was managed by Krissaley. She was AWESOME! She did a great job developing a plan for me and making the exercises available in their online application. My back has improved quite a bit. I have also seen Skye, Justin, and Andy and I must say the entire team is great! The office staff is efficient and pleasant! I highly recommend this place for your physical therapy needs!

My therapists Syke Knott and Krissaley Blair were just what I needed at the time of recovering from a total knee replacement.
They both knew what I needed and this made my recovery time in a speedy time frame.

I have Osteoarthritis in my shoulder , I knew going into PT that it was going to be iffy with treatment , I have learned the correct ROM exercises to do , and the ones to stay away from , Osteoarthritis is tough to treat , and Sky has helped me so much ! PT professionals is a great place to do PT therapy. The staff is wonderful and efficient! They truly care about making sure your body get better. I would highly recommend this place!

I’m 75 years old and somehow injured my left hamstring upper tendon and it stopped me from being able to jog. I was, however, able to ride my bicycle. After the PT, I can now also jog again. That makes me happy! The team was very Professional and knew what exercises for me to work on. I am very pleased with the outcome and now have a fresh set of exercises to keep this from happening again.

I have been going through some things in this body for a while. It was a PLEASURE to be able to talk with Justin and Sky to explain what was going on, have them listen attentively and then they would explain what was going on and what we’d be able to do about it!!! It didn’t feel like they were guessing with my body and they cared!! I like this body (such as it is) and they were helping me keep it in MUCH less pain!!!

Can’t say enough about the crew in Viera, Christina and Ann were super helpful with the navigation of insurance and scheduling. All interactions were easy peasy.
As for the entire crew of PT specialists who ensured I could walk normally, words cannot convey my appreciation and sincere thanks and relief. I miss you all

I was skeptical to come and get therapy due to seeing how other places were over crowed and really didn’t give you the one on one help. When I went to the Palm Bay office it was small, neat, clean and everyone was so friendly. I was introduced to Justin and he treated me with kindness and care. He made sure that I would resume my normal activities and go back to work without limits. Justin showed me how to exercise and sent me home with exercise plans to go forward in the future. The staff at PT Professionals are friendly, personable and most of all, highly SKILLED. My therapist, Nancy, new after my initial assessment that I had had an older injury that was contributing to my difficulties. I was referred to PT Professionals to see if PT would lessen the increasingly severe headaches I had been suffered for the past 5 months. An MRI showed severe spinal stenosis and a bulging disc in the cervical spine that was thought to be the cause of the headaches. Nancy realized my shoulder muscles were very weak and contributing to the pain. She helped me strengthen the shoulder and upper back muscles and provided exercises that also helped with my posture. This will be an ongoing process for me with home exercises (even a one pound weight was a challenge when we started working) but the headaches have reduced by almost 90%. Although my “scores” may not reflect my progress, to me, this is a Win-Win. Stronger shoulders, better posture, an understanding of what I have to do to keep improving, and almost no headaches.

I love Daryl and all the folks at PT Pros. They never just turn you loose on a machine that you could do yourself and let you figure it out. They work WITH you and make sure you get the rehab you need. I have had the opportunity to be worked on by all of the staff there and loved every minute of it. Any time here will be time well spent!

I have been working with Kim Yancey for the last two months and not only did she completely change my view on PT, she has helped me to regain my quality of life and improve my mobility. I went to PT Professionals thinking that no one could help me with my ankle pain. I would be a cripple for the rest of my life. I have been to two other physical therapy businesses in town over the last 8+ years and never had the overall terrific experience as I had with PT Professionals. The Palm Bay location is great, it’s neat and clean, appointment scheduling is easy, the reception staff always greets you with a smile and makes you feel welcome and glad you are there. The PT staff is excellent, professional, and they really seem vested in your therapy needs. They demonstrate the exercises they’re instructing and explain the purpose and benefit of each exercise or stretch. Having had a knee replacement a year ago and 6 months of complications, I was never able to do Therapy for the range of motion or strength help…I go to V.A. most of the time but they have a new program allowing us to use a facility close to where we live. Daryl is always willing to listen to an explanation concerning a physical problem in addition to offering both suggestions and support concerning the correction of the problem. During one of my few treatments, Daryl noticed an irregular shaped spot on my lower back.  He asked if I ever had it looked at by a doctor.  My response was, NO, who looks at their lower back in the mirror?  Daryl replied, You may need to have this checked.  Well, to make a long story short that so-called spot was diagnosed as malignant melanoma. Cancer!!!

Just recently, I had the cancer surgically removed.  I was later informed the biopsy of the margins came back clear and the cancer did not spread.  This so-called spot could have gone unnoticed for years had I not hurt my back and had physical therapy.   Not only did they help me with my back, by paying close attention to detail and looking outside the box, they were able to do a lot more for me than I could have ever expected….”

: I started out with them when I was in much pain with bulging multiple discs and after a month I am now moving like I did before my knee replacements.  Great team they give you the confidence to strive to get stronger and better without the pressure.  I have been working so hard that I have received a certificate of achievement today.  I could not be any prouder that they really care about their patients.

What a great group of professional people to work with.  This rehab is my second with PT Professionals.  I have had the greatest come back of all my surgeries/recoveries.  The knowledge that each person possesses is amazing.  They help you to understand how it works, why certain exercises will work, and encourage you with praise when you are able to complete those exercises.  Everyone from Jody and Ashley at the front desk. to Daryl, and Jorge working with you, I highly recommend to anyone who needs that special touch, this is the place where you will find it.  I have already recommended it to many friends and they have taken me up on it.  If and when I need to have PT again, this is defiantly the place I will be going.  Keep up the great work and thank you again for all you did for me..
